Myself, along with millions of others have been down ART/IVF road. Over a 4 year period I have personally undergone hormone therapy, HCG's, IUI's, 2 egg retrievals, ICSI, PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis), scratch testing, 2 egg transfers, countless doctors appointments and hundreds of injections. My background is much more than just my professional resume. I know the stress that comes with these procedures, I felt the sadness you experience every month when you get your period, I can empathize with the hopelessness and the desire for a baby...and because of that I want to personally and professionally make sure you obtain the results your deserve.
There is no such thing as a medically proven “fertility diet,” but we can lay the groundwork for a healthy pregnancy by paying close attention to your nutrition. While there are many circumstances which can contribute a successful ART/IVF round, a good diet is an excellent first step.
