White Chocolate Protein Bark with Sea Salt

White chocolate bark is the perfect canvas for making an eye-catching dessert that will instantly dresses up any occasion. It’s basically a customized candy bar LOADED with your favorite toppings. I promise you, it will taste every bit as good as it looks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag white chocolate morsels
  • cup dried cranberries chopped
  • tsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by creating a double boiler.  To do this, fill a small pot about a quarter of the way with some water on the stove, and turn stove to high.  Place a glass bowl on top of the pot and pour entire bag of white baking morsels (white chocolate) into glass bowl.  
  • Add coconut oil to white baking morsels.
  • Stir continuously as the white baking morsels (white chocolate) begins to melt. Once fully melted, turn off stove and mix in Vanilla Bean Whey Protein. 
  • hen mix in about 3/4 of the cranberries.  Spread mixture to about 1/4 inch thick on top of parchment paper and sprinkle remaining cranberries and pistachios on top.    
  • Sprinkle with sea salt, let bark cool, break into about pieces and serve
