White Chocolate Protein Bark with Sea Salt
White chocolate bark is the perfect canvas for making an eye-catching dessert that will instantly dresses up any occasion. It’s basically a customized candy bar LOADED with your favorite toppings. I promise you, it will taste every bit as good as it looks.

- 1 bag white chocolate morsels
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1½ tsp coconut oil
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Start by creating a double boiler. To do this, fill a small pot about a quarter of the way with some water on the stove, and turn stove to high. Place a glass bowl on top of the pot and pour entire bag of white baking morsels (white chocolate) into glass bowl.
Add coconut oil to white baking morsels.
Stir continuously as the white baking morsels (white chocolate) begins to melt. Once fully melted, turn off stove and mix in Vanilla Bean Whey Protein.
hen mix in about 3/4 of the cranberries. Spread mixture to about 1/4 inch thick on top of parchment paper and sprinkle remaining cranberries and pistachios on top.
Sprinkle with sea salt, let bark cool, break into about pieces and serve
