Keto Coffee Brownies

I never met a brownie I didn’t like. But THESE extra delicious brownies are my #1. They are paleo and keto-friendly, super easy, and provide you with an extra boost of energy.  
You’ll certainly want to give these a try, especially if you're crazy about coffee desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour 
  • ½ tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tbsp  instant coffee 
  • ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ cup cacao powder 
  • cup Erythritol
  • 8 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F
  • In a medium bowl whisk almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, cocoa powder, and instant coffee (you can also substitute espresso for the instant coffee)
  • In another bowl melt chocolate and butter and whisk in the eggs and vanilla. 
  • Add to dry ingredients and mix well. 
  • Transfer batter into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy
