No Bake Keto Key Lime Pie
This lovely, and easy-to-make dessert, reminds me of being in Key West, FL with nothing but sand in my toes and Jimmy Buffet music playing all around me.

The Crust
- 2 cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup salted butter
- 2 tbsp Truvia
- ½ tsp cinnamon
The Filling
- 12 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 limes
- lime zest
- ⅓ cup Truvia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Line the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish with parchment paper.
To make the crust, combine almond flour, butter, cinnamon and truvia with an electric mixer.
Press the dough into the bottom of the pie dish.
For the filling, combine the cream cheese, truvia, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice from all 4 limes in a food processor. Blend until the filling is smooth.
Spread the filling into the pie dish and refrigerate for at least two hours or until the pie is firm.
Slice and enjoy.
